Warehouse Manager

Job Description

• Oversee overall warehouse operations: inbound, shelving, picking, outbound, returns, and inventory.

• Monitor warehouse performance and handle complex on-site issues.

• Lead system implementation and drive continuous improvement to achieve and exceed KPIs.

• Strategically plan manpower, space, and other resources to optimize cost and efficiency.

• Develop SOPs, enforce compliance, and maintain documentation for operational standards.

• Manage and develop supervisors and team leaders to build a high-performing team.

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments and handle high-level escalations or emergencies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum degree in Bachelor or higher, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in managerial roles.

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.

• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Experienced in developing and implementing SOPs and warehouse layouts.

• Preferably fluent in Mandarin (Verbal and Writing)

• Willing to relocate to Tangerang, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya.
