As we grow, we're looking for an AI Business Process and Project Analyst who wants more than a coordination role — someone who wants to create real impact, learn fast, and help shape how AI is adopted across Indonesia.
What You Will Do
You will bridge technical AI deployment and business execution. Your work sits at the intersection of process design, stakeholder management, and real operational outcomes.
- Analyze and redesign business processes to understand where AI creates value and where it creates friction.
- Map current vs. future-state workflows and recommend integration points that reduce complexity, not add it.
- Develop adoption strategies — understand who resists change, why, and what it takes to build trust.
- Coordinate AI deployment end-to-end (proof-of-concept to production) across technical and business stakeholders.
- Identify blockers early — process misalignment, stakeholder resistance, data quality issues — and actively unblock them (not just flag them).
- Design for the human side — ensure the analyst trusts the model, the manager understands the change, and adoption actually happens.
- Measure what matters — track adoption metrics, business impact, and outcomes. Back your recommendations with data, not hunches.
- Take ownership of outcomes — not just the timeline, but whether the AI actually delivers value.
