As we grow, we're looking for an AI Business Process and Project Analyst who wants more than a coordination role — someone who wants to create real impact, learn fast, and help shape how AI is adopted across Indonesia.

What You Will Do

You will bridge technical AI deployment and business execution. Your work sits at the intersection of process design, stakeholder management, and real operational outcomes.

  • Analyze and redesign business processes to understand where AI creates value and where it creates friction.
  • Map current vs. future-state workflows and recommend integration points that reduce complexity, not add it.
  • Develop adoption strategies — understand who resists change, why, and what it takes to build trust.
  • Coordinate AI deployment end-to-end (proof-of-concept to production) across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Identify blockers early — process misalignment, stakeholder resistance, data quality issues — and actively unblock them (not just flag them).
  • Design for the human side — ensure the analyst trusts the model, the manager understands the change, and adoption actually happens.
  • Measure what matters — track adoption metrics, business impact, and outcomes. Back your recommendations with data, not hunches.
  • Take ownership of outcomes — not just the timeline, but whether the AI actually delivers value.

  • 5 years of experience in business process improvement, project coordination, consulting, or implementation.
  • Exposure to client-facing delivery and cross-functional team coordination.

  • Project management discipline. You own plans, track progress, and maintain rigor without losing sight of outcomes.
  • Problem-solving mindset. When you see a blocker, your instinct is \"here's what I'd try\" — not \"someone should fix that.\"
  • Adoption thinking. You understand that people resist change. You ask: Why? What builds trust? How do we measure adoption?
  • Clear communication. You translate between engineer-speak and business-speak. You explain trade-offs without sugar-coating.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity at the start, but driven to bring clarity fast.
  • Data-driven. You measure, you test assumptions, you iterate based on evidence.
  • Curious to understand the full picture — how AI systems work, why users resist, what drives real business impact.
