Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Reporting to the AVP Internal Audit, this Posisi is responsible to assist in internal audit process for overall function in Sun Life Indonesia including:
Plan, execute and manage audit engagements in accordance with the SLF audit methodology and quality standards.
Assists in developing the annual audit plan.
Recommends revisions to audit approach, procedures, and programs where needed.
Prepares audit issues and recommendations that adds value to the clients.
Leads meetings with clients - on opening meetings, presenting audit findings and recommendations and issue follow-ups.
Monitors audit findings and ensure timely and effective resolution.
Participate in management meetings to further the completion of the annual plan and departmental objectives.
Participates in fraud investigations, as required.
Assist the team in the achievement of the department's strategic priorities.
Enrich knowledge through internal and external trainings.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.
Professional accounting or audit designation/certification.
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of auditing experience or combination of audit and financial experience, preferably from insurance or banking industry
Oral and written communication English (Proficient)
Having Sharia knowledge would be an advantage.
