Adore Cacao and Adore Vanilla are growing, and we are looking for an Associate Manager – Brand to join our team.
At Adore, we do more than produce premium cacao and vanilla. Our work starts from managing farming partners, post-harvest processing, food innovation, and delivering high-quality ingredients to chefs and businesses worldwide.
Our mission is to elevate Indonesian-origin cacao and vanilla while creating sustainable impact for farmers, communities, and the environment.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Posisi based in Jakarta.
As Associate Manager – Brand, you will be responsible for developing and executing branding initiatives across Adore’s business units. You will help strengthen brand Posisiing, ensure consistency across communication channels, and support campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and business growth.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, R&D, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives
• Ensure consistent brand communication across online and offline channels
• Plan and manage product launches, campaigns, activations, and collaborations
• Build compelling brand storytelling around products, sustainability, and impact
• Work with creative teams on visual assets, packaging, and communication materials
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data
• Support partnerships and collaborations with chefs, clients, and strategic partners
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles
• Strong understanding of branding, consumer behavior, and marketing strategy
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in F&B, FMCG, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus
• Proficiency in analyzing campaign and brand performance metrics
