Job Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the Indonesia market by promoting and selling the Perusahaan’s IT staffing and outsourcing services to enterprise clients.
• Identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth through proactive business development activities.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular client meetings and maintain detailed sales activity records, continuously analyzing client insights and market information to support strategic decisions.
• Understand client business challenges and hiring needs, and design effective IT staffing and resource outsourcing solutions by leveraging internal technology and service capabilities.
• Manage and grow key accounts, strengthen partnerships with major clients, and enhance customer loyalty.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
• Analyze sales performance and marketing data to optimize sales approaches, improve conversion rates, and achieve revenue targets.
• Work closely with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and excellent client service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Technology, Business, or Marketing.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, IT staffing, outsourcing, or technology consulting.
• Proven track record in new business development and revenue growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and provide consultative sales solutions.
• Strong sense of ownership, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Experience in IT staffing / staff augmentation / outsourcing services is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
