Ultra Voucher is looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Gaming Partnerships Manager to drive growth within our gaming category. This role will be responsible for acquiring and managing strategic gaming partners, identifying new revenue opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen Ultra Voucher’s Posisi in the digital gaming ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline; Business, Management, Marketing, or Communication majors are preferred
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Merchant Acquisition, Partnership Management, or Account Management, preferably within the Gaming Industry, E-commerce, or Digital Products sector
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to identify growth opportunities and revenue drivers
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage external partners and internal stakeholders effectively
- Tech-savvy and data-driven, with experience working cross-functionally alongside Product, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Strong ownership mindset with an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and execution
- Passion for gaming, digital products, and the evolving entertainment ecosystem is a strong advantage
Job Descriptions :
New Partner Acquisition: Identify, approach, and negotiate with game publishers (local and international), gaming aggregators, and e-sports platforms to provide game vouchers within the Ultra Voucher ecosystem.
Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing gaming partners, ensure voucher stock availability, and negotiate favorable margins/commissions to support business growth.
Promotion & Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop engaging campaigns (e.g., payday promotions, e-sports tournaments, or product bundling) to increase transaction volume and drive Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth
Market Analysis: Monitor gaming industry trends and popular titles (such as Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, Genshin Impact, etc.), as well as competitor activities, to ensure Ultra Voucher's pricing and product offerings remain competitive.
