This role is essentially a Senior B2B Growth Marketing & Partnerships Posisi focused on generating revenue opportunities through events, partnerships, and demand generation activities.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Partnership, Event Marketing, or Demand Generation
- Proven track record managing corporate events, exhibitions, and lead generation programs
- Experience working with principals, strategic partners, merchants, or enterprise clients
- Familiar with digital marketing and marketing automation tools
- Experience supporting B2B sales pipeline and revenue targets
Preferred Background
- Fintech, loyalty, rewards, gift card, payments, SaaS, technology, media, event organizer, or corporate partnership industries
- Existing network across principals, merchants, corporate ecosystem, and industry associations is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
1. Event & Lead Genera
- Develop and execute B2B event strategy to generate qualified leads
- Identify, evaluate, and manage participation in relevant exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, and industry events
- Build event pipeline and ensure lead collection targets are achieved
- Coordinate end-to-end event execution, including booth activation, sponsorships, and networking opportunities
- Track and report lead conversion performance from event
2. Partnership Development
- Build and maintain relationships with principals, associations, communities, and strategic partners.
- Explore co-marketing opportunities that can generate new B2B business opportunities
- Initiate partnership programs to expand market reach and brand exposure
3. Marketing Campaign Management
- Lead B2B marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Collaborate with sales team to design campaigns aligned with business objectives
- Manage campaign calendar, execution, and performance measurement
- Develop marketing materials, sales kits, presentations, and supporting collateral
4. Digital Marketing Support
- Work with internal/external teams to execute digital campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, lead acquisition metrics, and ROI
- Optimize lead nurturing initiatives through email marketing, landing pages, and digital channels
5. Reporting & Analytics
- Track marketing-generated leads, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates.
- Measure event ROI and campaign effectiveness
