Responsibilities
Manage inbound leads and ensure proper assignment to the Business Development team
Support administrative data processing and basic analysis
Collaborate cross-functionally with related divisions
Analyze building performance to identify issues and improvement opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong execution skills with the ability to work across teams
High attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
Familiarity with Tableau or other data tools is a plus
Strong work ethic and performance-driven mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
