We are expanding our team and looking for motivated Business Partnership (Sales Representatives) to drive growth and strengthen our connection with the agricultural community.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive marketing for Lovol Rice Harvester by visiting rice production hubs and building relationship with farmers, farmer groups, mill owners, harvest service providers, and agricultural extension officers.
Present product features and competitive advantages, conduct field demos, and provide initial technical consultations.
Prepare visit and sales reports, and monitor market trends.
Provide initial after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Min. D3 in a related field.
At least 2 years in sales, preferably within the agriculture or heavy equipment industry.
Strong understanding of rice cultivation and harvest cycle.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and understand their needs.
Independent, proactive, and willing to travel extensively
Has a type A or C driving license; own vehicle is a plus
Preferably a local domicile.
