Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Job Description:

• Lead and take full ownership of the companys technology function, from coding to team building.

• Design, develop, and implement systems that eliminate inefficiencies and accelerate operations.

• Collaborate closely with sales and operations leaders to build tools and systems that directly support business performance.

• Personally contribute to hands-on coding and system development.

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing, lean tech team.

• Ensure flawless execution with speed and precision, delivering results even under high pressure and tight deadlines.

• Drive digital transformation initiatives end-to-end, without reliance on consultants or external vendors.

• Maintain extreme attention to detail to prevent costly mistakes in operations.

• Champion a culture of performance, accountability, and relentless delivery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in IT and systems development.

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling systems that improve real-world efficiency.

• Strong hands-on coding skills across multiple programming languages, with ability to ship fast, clean, and reliable code.

• Experience in technology-driven products; exposure to manufacturing, logistics, or construction industries is highly preferred.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure; resilient and delivery-focused.

• Strong leadership qualities: lead from the front, set the pace, demand excellence, and communicate directly.

• High work ethic: thrives in high-intensity environments with flexibility and extreme commitment.

• Operationally savvy—understands sales, logistics, and production challenges and builds effective solutions.
