The Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing the compliance functions of the Perusahaan. They are responsible for ensuring that the Perusahaan operates within the legal and regulatory framework set by the relevant authorities (OJK)

Job Descriptions

• Conducting any compliance matters based on the relevant regulations to the authorities (advisory and/or obtaining approval).
• Ensuring the Perusahaan's products and services comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Advising senior management on compliance issues.
• Conducting regular compliance audits in the Perusahaan to identify and mitigate potential compliance issues.
• Attend or involve in any regulator’s training or events relating to any business activities in accordance with the relevant regulations or policy.
• Providing reports, documents related to compliance obligations of the Perusahaan

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably with experience in peer-to-peer lending or fintech.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including those governing fintech companies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Extensive knowledge of AML regulations and best practices would be a plus point.
