About the Role

Delonix Group is looking for an energetic and proactive Business Development professional who also has exposure to content creation and digital promotion.

This role combines property scouting and business development with modern marketing approaches, where you will identify potential properties for hospitality expansion while also helping promote projects and opportunities through engaging digital content.

You will be actively exploring different areas, identifying potential hotels, buildings, or land that can be converted into hospitality projects, while leveraging social media and video content to support brand visibility and partnership opportunities.

This Posisi is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, spotting opportunities others might overlook, and using creative digital content to amplify business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and recommend potential properties or land for hospitality expansion (including existing hotels or convertible buildings)

• Conduct detailed site and area surveys to evaluate accessibility, neighborhood dynamics, and market potential

• Assess property suitability for hospitality development based on market demand and operational feasibility

• Build and maintain strong networks with property owners, brokers, developers, and local stakeholders

• Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations related to potential property acquisitions

• Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and real estate regulations

• Support property marketing and promotion through digital platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and other social media channels

• Participate in or host video content or live streaming sessions to showcase potential properties or Perusahaan projects

• Collaborate with internal teams to translate business opportunities into engaging promotional content

• Create or support the creation of short-form video content to increase exposure of properties and brand initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Communications, or related fields

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Property Acquisition, Real Estate, or related industries

• Experience in property scouting, site acquisition, or real estate analysis is highly preferred

• Exposure to content creation, social media marketing, or digital promotion is a strong advantage

• Comfortable appearing in videos or supporting digital content production when required

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Highly proactive, energetic, and adaptable personality

• Able to work independently and handle multiple projects

• Willing to travel frequently across Indonesia
