We are looking for a Corporate Secretary Administrator
to provide administrative support for the Corporate Secretary function. This role focuses ondocument handling, coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Corporate Secretary.
Assist in preparing, organizing, and filing corporate documents and correspondence.
Help coordinate meetings (schedule, attendance list, meeting notes).
Support documentation related to internal and external communications.
Maintain and update corporate records and archives.
Handle document submission and maintain coordination with internal also external partner.
Handle other administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any major.
Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles ( experience in Corporate Secretary / public Perusahaan environment is a must ).
Understanding of administrative and documentation processes.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage routine tasks.
Able to work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills and professional attitude.
Able to maintain confidentiality.
Willing to work WFO in Palmerah.
