Role Overview

As a Customer Service Lead, you are not just handling customers —

you are the frontline driver of experience and sales. You are expected to take ownership of both service quality and sales performance at the front desk.

You will play a key role in:

  • Delivering excellent customer experience
  • Supporting sales conversion
  • Ensuring daily operations run smoothly

This role works closely with:

  • Sales Manager (for revenue & conversion)
  • Operation Manager (for daily execution & service standards)
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Experience & Service Quality
  • Ensure all members and guests receive excellent service
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
  • Maintain strong relationship with members to improve retention
2. Sales Support & Conversion
  • Assist in converting walk-in guests and inquiries into members
  • Explain products, packages, and promotions clearly
  • Follow up leads and support sales initiatives from Sales Manager
3. Daily Operations
  • Ensure front desk operations run smoothly (check-in, bookings, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal teams (coach, admin, operations)
  • Maintain cleanliness, readiness, and service flow in the club
4. Team Coordination
  • Guide and support customer service staff (if any)
  • Ensure team follows SOP and service standards
  • Assist in training and improving team performance
5. Reporting & Accountability
  • Report performance and issues to Sales Manager & Operation Manager
  • Monitor and be accountable for key KPIs (attendance, inquiries, conversion, feedback)
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in customer service / hospitality / sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with sales and target-oriented environment
  • Able to handle customers with empathy and professionalism
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to be placed in Surabaya, Sidoarjo, or Driyorejo
