This Posisi plays a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, overseeing key human capital functions, and ensuring seamless integration of administrative and general affairs operations to support enterprise-wide goals

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee recruitment processes and ensure quality hiring within timelines.
• Develop competitive compensation and benefits structures
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies
• Mitigate risks related to employee relations and organizational development
• Leverage HR systems for process automation and data-driven decisions
• Supervise administrative functions including building management, office services, and asset management
• Drive a high-performance culture through effective performance management systems
• Foster a positive work environment and resolve employee issues effectively
• Monitor HR KPIs and generate reports for senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices
• Proven ability to design and implement HR strategies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and obtain to actionable insights
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
