Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies across all business units (B2B & B2C).
Lead, coach, and motivate the marketing team to achieve performance targets and KPIs.

Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
