Role Description
This is a player-coach role at the top of the creator org. You will lead a four-person team across creator acquisition, content coaching, script writing, and community / onboarding, and you will also be in the work yourself every single day. We are hiring an operator who can lead the team because they are the strongest operator on it.
You thrive on results, love building and leading teams, and have a deep understanding of TikTok culture, creator motivation, and performance-driven social commerce. You are as comfortable coaching creators directly as you are coaching your own team to win.
You will spend a meaningful portion of every day on direct creator calls, watching content as it goes up, reading scripts before they go out, replying inside the community, and investigating root causes when GMV moves the wrong way. You will also own the strategic decisions: pricing per SKU, retainer budget alLokasi, the creator tier and rewards structure, and the cadence of the acquisition pipeline.
What You'll DoTeam Leadership & Growth Strategy
- Lead and manage a four-person team focused on creator recruitment, content coaching, scripting, and community management
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards aligned to GMV growth, creator tier progression, and content output
- Coach and develop team members through written weekly feedback, regular reviews, and direct in-the-work mentoring
- Audit each team member's output every week and deliver written feedback before the team meeting so the standard is visible
- Partner with the founder to design and execute the long-term creator growth and acquisition strategy
Creator Acquisition & Network Expansion
- Own the strategy and execution for recruiting new creators into our TikTok Shop ecosystem, with a focus on high-potential and high-converting talent
- Build scalable outreach systems (DMs, affiliate programs, community channels, events) to grow the top of the funnel
- Develop onboarding programs that quickly activate new creators and move them toward consistent performance
- Oversee the cold-outreach side of the pipeline at the strategy level. You yourself are not on the cold side. You step in once a creator is active to lock in the relationship and long-term loyalty
- Track acquisition metrics including conversion to active creators, tier progression, and revenue contribution
Creator Management & Performance Optimization
- Run two to three creator calls per day yourself: relationship calls with top performers, upgrade conversations with mid-tier creators, re-engagement calls with creators who have stopped posting, and onboarding handoffs from the team
- Review content daily: watch the day's posts, identify what's converting, and surface examples back to the team and the wider creator community
- Coach creators directly on TikTok Shop content best practices, trends, sales techniques, and engagement strategies
- Motivate creators like a distributed salesforce. They should feel supported, energized, and clear on the goals
- Communicate promotions, product updates, incentives, and sales-driving opportunities to creator partners
- Personally re-engage creators who Tayang for the brand in the past but stopped or moved to other brands. Pull the list, reach out, book calls, bring them back
- Track and analyze creator-level performance to identify top performers and at-risk creators
Strategic Operations & Pricing
- Run a weekly retainer audit. Pull every retainered creator, compare their Terakhir 30 days of GMV against their retainer cost, and decide per creator whether to cut, reduce, or have a direct conversation. Reallocate freed budget into acquisition the same week. No blanket cuts
- Own pricing and ROI decisions: set per-SKU pricing, model promotional and subscription scenarios against net revenue, and align with the ad team on promo opt-ins and whitelisting
- Design and ship the creator tier and rewards structure: define what each tier unlocks (1:1 access, gifting, retainer eligibility, plaques at GMV milestones), document it, and roll it out to the creator base
- Coordinate cross-functionally with the ad team, ops, and the founder on launches, drops, and campaign moments
Events, Community & Networking
- Own the creator community space day to day: weekly creator events such as giveaways, AMAs, and group calls, daily announcements highlighting top performers, and a monthly all-hands creator call you host yourself
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events including education workshops, product training, content days, and appreciation moments for top creators
- Travel approximately 20 to 30 percent to attend creator events, industry conferences, and meet with high-value partners
- Represent the brand externally as a strong ambassador to both emerging and established creators

- A fast-growing, high-performing creator network that consistently increases GMV
- A motivated, results-driven team that hits or exceeds creator acquisition and performance goals
- Strong tier progression, retention, and revenue contribution from top-performing creators
- A scalable system for recruiting, onboarding, and activating creators at volume
- Surgical retainer spend, with budget consistently moving from underperformers into acquisition
Who You Are
You have built or scaled a TikTok Shop affiliate program at a beauty, or CPG brand. You have personally onboarded mid-tier creators and turned them into top earners through direct relationship work, not just by paying them more.
You are equally at Beranda on a relationship call with a top creator and in a spreadsheet pulling retainer ROI. You can audit content quality, scripts, and onboarding flow, and tell the people running each one what specifically needs to be sharper, in writing, before the meeting.
You are surgical with retainer money. You can read a list of creators against their GMV and decide cut, reduce, or talk per creator without panicking and pulling everyone's budget at once.
You are comfortable being a public-facing figure to creators. You will host group calls, send voice notes, run giveaways live, and represent the brand in conversations where the creator has other options on the table.
You write clearly, follow up without being asked, and close loops. You can work 50 to 60 hours per week without it feeling like a grind because you genuinely care about winning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience building a high-performing network of TikTok Shop affiliate content creators that drives meaningful GMV
- Prior experience managing or leading a team in a performance-driven or growth-focused environment
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, creator behavior, and the TikTok Shop ecosystem
- Hands-on with TikTok Shop Seller Center, the affiliate marketplace, and off-platform commission flows
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a high-volume pipeline of creator leads
- Familiar with creator community platforms (Discord or equivalent) and how giveaways, leaderboards, and live events translate into GMV
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- High energy, self-starter mindset, and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment
- Ability to interpret analytics, understand KPIs, and coach both creators and team members based on data
What This Is Not
This is not a content creator role. You lead creators. You do not produce the content yourself.
This is not a pure ops or analyst role. The relationship and leadership side of the work is the job. If your strongest output is in spreadsheets, this is not the seat.
This is not a 9-to-5. Creator activity does not follow business hours, especially during launches and campaign moments. This is not a delegator role. You execute alongside the team every single day. If you are looking to manage from above and let the team do the work, this is not the seat.
