Social Creative Agency NÜMEN, and we are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive who can hit the ground running.
To save everyone’s time, this is a strict senior-level role. We need someone who already understands the agency landscape inside out. If you don't have direct experience in social media and agency sales, this won't be the right fit for you.
What you will actually do:
Bring in new business and pitches by understanding what brands need.
Talk social media platforms fluently—you know TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube like the back of your hand.
Propose complex Scope of Work (SOW) per KOL and full Creative 360 strategies directly to clients.
Strict Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Agency Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales specifically within a Creative, Digital, or PR Agency.
The Knowledge: You must deeply understand how social media campaigns work, how to structuralize KOL SOWs for client proposals, and what Creative 360 means.
English Proficiency: Excellent English is a must since you'll be pitching to regional and international clients. (Minimum TOEFL iBT 90+ / IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent professional fluency).
Attitude: Professional, proactive, high integrity, and has a great attitude toward teamwork and clients.
Track Record: Proven ability to present well, close deals, and hit revenue targets.
