2. Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta, a historic landmark hotel of Indonesia.

3. Kempinski Private Residences, a Pertama-class serviced residential tower jointly managed with Kempinski Hoteliers.

Currently PT. Grand Indonesia is looking for a Help Desk (for Menara BCA Office Tower) with the following requirements:

Qualifications:

  • High School or Diploma (D2) Degree from any major
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same field
  • Proficiency in computers, especially Microsoft Office
  • Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving, initiative, self-control, and attention to details
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Indonesian

Job Descriptions:

  • Prompt, courteous & responsive to all tenants’ inquiries or complaints received by phone
  • Forwards inquiries or complaints raised by tenants to the concerned department
  • Ensure all incoming technical inquiries or complaints are well disseminated to the departments concerned, monitor the feedbacks and ensure the feedbacks are well informed to the tenants until the issues are finished
  • Record and report the tenant’s complaint
  • Report on the discoveries of repeat issues to the superior
  • Ensure the implementation of SOP
