Job Qualification :

  • Maximal 30 years old

  • Minimun Bachelors Degree ( any majors)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in event hospitality is preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite or event management software

  • Preferably at least 1 - 2 years of working experience in related field

  • Must be proficient in spoken and written English. (Mandarin, Korean or other language is a plus)

  • Base in Jakarta

Responsibilities :

  • Asisten on executing an event form the beginning stages of planning to post - event reporting

  • Coordinate hospitality logistics such as backstage riders, transportation , accomodation ,catering and any other request needed for event
