We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT ERP Specialist to join our team. This position plays a critical role in the implementation, customization, and support of Odoo and Sage ERP systems, with a focus on manufacturing and construction business processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze business processes and translate them into ERP workflows.

2. Implement and configure ERP modules (Manufacturing, Project Management, Procurement, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).

3. Develop custom features, reports, and integrations with third-party systems.

4. Provide end-user support and system troubleshooting.

5. Conduct training sessions and create technical/user documentation.

6. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure ERP alignment with operational needs.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP systems (Odoo and/or Sage).

3. Proficient in:

• Python, XML, JavaScript (Odoo)

• SQL, PostgreSQL / SQL Server

1. Strong understanding of manufacturing and/or construction business processes.

2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

1. Certified in Odoo / Sage ERP.

2. Experience in full-cycle ERP implementation.

3. Familiar with: Odoo Manufacturing module, Sage Project Job Costing or related construction modules

4. Knowledge of server deployment and database maintenance.
