We're looking for a creative and driven Marketing Communication Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the voice of ZIN—sharing our story, building our brand, and making sure our villas, café, and spa reach the right audience. You'll have the chance to create campaigns, connect with guests and partners, and work closely with every department to bring our ideas to life.
What You'll Do
Create and run marketing campaigns.
Keep our branding consistent across social media, website, and promotional materials.
Build relationships with media, influencers, and community partners.
Manage digital marketing—SEO, social media, online ads, and content.
Organize and promote events, offers, and seasonal activities.
Support guest loyalty campaigns and internal communication.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Hospitality, or similar.
At least 3-5 years' experience in marketing/communications, ideally in hospitality.
Someone creative, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
Strong communication and writing skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
A team player who can collaborate with different departments and bring fresh ideas.
