KOL Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a talented KOL Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at PT. Premiere Beaute Kosmetik in Cengkareng, Jakarta Raya. As a full-time employee, you will play a pivotal role in executing our influencer marketing strategy and driving engagement with our target audience.

What youll be doing

• Identify, onboard, and manage key opinion leaders (KOLs) that align with our brand and marketing initiatives

• Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns that effectively reach and engage our customers

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling, on-brand content for KOL partnerships

• Monitor and analyse the performance of KOL campaigns, optimising strategies based on data-driven insights

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in the influencer marketing space

• Act as a liaison between the company and KOLs, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration

What were looking for

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field, with a proven background working directly in a beauty industry brand/company.

• Proven track record of successfully executing impactful influencer marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external partners

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure campaign performance and optimise strategies

• Proficient in social media platforms, content creation, and data analysis

• Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry, with a deep understanding of the target audience and market trends
