About The Company:
The working venue is in Cikarang.
Our client is a Japanese Trading company. Currently, they are looking for Logistic Support & Admin Executive.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on PC.
Handle customers' calls and enquiries on delivery operations.
Liaise with delivery staff/stores on delivery operations.
Communicate and coordinate with partner company.
Provide daily administrative and operational support to the department.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by Management from time to time.
Other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Able to communicate in business level English.
High school certificate or more.
MS Office (Excel), good computer literacy.
Working experience in Logistics/Retail Shop/Call center.
Good communication, reading, writing skills.
Willing to do shifting.
