Job Description

• Lead and oversee the Perusahaan's daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service excellence across all Lokasis.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure all branches/stores comply with Perusahaan standards and procedures.
• Review performance of Head Region and provide evaluation, feedback, and improvement direction.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and achieve Perusahaan objectives.
• Manage operational budgets and ensure cost-effective resource alLokasi.
• Analyze operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance.
• Establish, review, and improve operational systems, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction across all operational areas.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of regional and operational teams.
• Plan and manage repair and maintenance activities for branches/stores issues and operational damages to ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
• Ensure marketing campaigns and business programs are properly implemented in the field.
• Oversee store opening, expansion, reLokasi, and closure projects when required.
• Prepare operational reports and provide strategic recommendations.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to maintain business continuity.
• Develop training materials and support employee development programs. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Retail, F&B, Hospitality, or a related industry.
• Proven experience managing multi-site or multi-branch operations is highly preferred.
• Experience leading regional teams or area managers.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong project management and operational planning capabilities.
• Experience in developing SOP, KPI, operational workflows, and business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Results-driven with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in fast-growing, multi-Lokasi businesses is an advantage.
• Willing to travel as required for business operations.
• Willing to work Full WFO (Work From Office) in Sudirman, Jakarta.
