Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Development: Drive the end-to-end development, customization, and continuous enhancement of the Salesforce platform.
  • Solution Architecture: Architect and deploy scalable solutions across key Salesforce modules, including SFA, GSA, CPQ, CLM, EPC, COM, FSL, PRM, and Customer Communities.
  • Component Engineering: Develop and maintain sophisticated technical assets utilizing OmniStudio, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, Apex, Flows, and Automation Processes.
  • UI/UX Development: Design and build highly responsive Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components tailored to strategic business needs.
  • System Integration: Execute secure and seamless enterprise-wide system integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Maintenance & Support: Proactively manage system health through rigorous troubleshooting, bug fixing, proactive monitoring, and reliable production support.
  • Release Management: Champion quality assurance by supporting meticulous testing, deployment workflows, and comprehensive release management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with end-users and project teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and swiftly resolve application issues.
  • Documentation & Delivery: Author precise technical documentation and ensure all project deliverables consistently meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven track record in enterprise-level Salesforce implementation and support.
  • Core Expertise: Deep proficiency in Salesforce Communications Cloud (formerly Vlocity) and OmniStudio.
  • Technical Command: Advanced development skills in Apex Classes, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Process Automation.
  • Integration Mastery: Demonstrated experience in architecting and executing robust REST/SOAP API integrations.
  • Lifecycle Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of seamless deployment processes and the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle.
  • Project Versatility: Hands-on experience delivering solutions across a minimum of 5 out of 9 core Salesforce modules within complex project scopes.
  • Cognitive Skills: Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Certifications (Highly Advantageous):
  • Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
  • Salesforce Certified Communications Cloud Consultant
  • Work Arrangements:
  • Willingness to commit to a fixed-term contract (PKWT) dedicated to Lintasarta’s strategic projects.
  • Available to work full-time on-site at the client’s office in Central Jakarta.
  • Flexible for standby/on-call duties, providing agile remote or on-site support as dictated by project demands.
