This role is about shaping how talent grows, performs, and advances within the organization. You will play a key role in strengthening our talent pipeline, performance culture, and internal mobility framework

Responsibilities:

• Drive the implementation of assessments to ensure objective and high-quality promotion decisions
• Orchestrate IDP & PIP processes, ensuring alignment between individual growth and business needs
• Support and contribute to Assessment Center initiatives, translating results into actionable talent insights
• Ensure effective execution of performance management and development programs across the organization
• Support succession planning strategy to build a strong internal talent bench for critical roles
• Oversee career movement administration (PCN) with accuracy and strong governance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Development, Talent Management, Performances Management, HRBP or Organizational Development
• Strong understanding of performance management, assessment tools, and talent development frameworks
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data processing and reporting)
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into insights
• Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across functions
