Personal Assistant
Job Description:
Organize Board of Directors daily, weekly and monthly meeting schedules on a regular basis.
Prepare minutes of meeting (MOM), follow up on action items and ensure all progress are well monitored by relevant parties.
Arrange business trips including tickets, hotels and work related personal needs with full integrity.
Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, messages and documents) professionally.
Provide other administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
Job Requirements :
Minimum S1 in Secretarial Studies or Administration
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
Strong organizational and planning skills; able to manage own workload effectively.
High integrity in maintaining confidentiality of company and executive information.
Strong communication and interpersonal skill with fluency in English as an added advantage.
Proficient in Ms. Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
