We are an early-stage Perusahaan building agentic AI products with the ambition to redefine how a large, traditional industry operates and to scale globally. We are pre-launch and building toward the MVP that proves the model. We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the product day to day and help take it from concept to a shipped, validated MVP, reporting directly to our Head of Product who also oversees our senior engineering team.

What you'll be doing

  • Work with the Head of Product to turn product direction into a clear, prioritized backlog, and run the day-to-day build against it.
  • Lead the daily development sessions: define what gets built each sprint, remove blockers for engineering, and keep delivery moving from specification to release.
  • Write clear product and functional requirements for the team to build against.
  • Help define the product behavior of the agent, including conversational flows, escalation and human-handoff logic, knowledge scope and guardrails, and integration patterns, in collaboration with engineering.
  • Validate the product with real users by tracking the metrics that show whether it is working, such as task completion, conversion, and repeat use, and feed those results back into the build.
  • Support continuous discovery through user interviews, usage data, and testing to keep the build focused on real needs.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in product management or AI product development, with experience building a product from the ground up.
  • Hands-on experience with large language models, conversational AI, or multi-agent systems in a production setting.
  • Technical fluency across prompt design, model evaluation, and system architecture, with the credibility to work closely with engineers without needing to code.
  • A discovery-driven, data-led approach: you engage directly with users, distinguish signal from noise, and define success in measurable terms.
  • Fluent use of AI tools in your own workflow to work faster and to a higher standard.
  • Strong ownership in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, with the judgment to validate quickly and adjust direction when the evidence calls for it.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience taking a conversational or agent-based product from the ground up to launch.
  • Background in consumer, marketplace, or transactional products.
  • Early-stage or founding-team experience.
