Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QHSE functions on the Data Center project site.

• Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE programs in accordance with local (Indonesian) regulations and Owner requirements.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.

• Implement the Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) cycle to continually improve QHSE performance.

• Conduct regular QHSE audits and inspections, and prepare detailed reports.

• Provide effective QHSE training and induction to site personnel.

• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Prepare and deliver high-quality QHSE presentations and reports.

• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders regarding QHSE matters.

• Manage QHSE documentation and records accurately and efficiently.

• Ensure a proactive approach to QHSE risk management and mitigation.

• Work effectively under pressure and manage project workload.

  Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an QHSE Manager in Data Center projects.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage QHSE teams effectively.

• Proven ability to develop and implement QHSE programs on-site.

• Familiarity with local (Indonesian) QHSE regulations and standards.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle project workload efficiently.
