Sales Operation Manager

What will you do?

  • Conduct deep dive analysis for Seller business performance and provide insights for product and process improvement.

  • Analyze territory trends and create actionable plans for operational enhancements.

  • Assist with client communications, product/pricing strategy, and upselling support.

  • Identify key business opportunities and develop growth plans for the territory.

  • Implement account management best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Manage client relationships to ensure a high standard of seller experience.

  • Oversee and coordinate all account management activities for efficiency.

  • Provide data-driven support for day-to-day commercial department problems.

  • Analyze and visualize data to create dashboards and inform decision-making.

The requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or another relevant field.

  • Minimum 4 years of related experience in an analyst role

  • Ability to breaks down straightforward problems into their components

  • Ability to understands what specific actions need to be taken to contribute to organizational objectives

  • Ability to resolve own problems and escalate issues appropriately

  • Ability to use a clear and positive communication style

  • Ability to understand business fundamentals and practices

  • Ability to plan and prioritize own workload to meet agreed deadlines

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is a plus
