2D/3D Footwear Design Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our team. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings and 3D models for shoe industry using Computer-aided design software Rhino, collaborating closely with shoe designers to support the development of high-quality designs

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 2D and 3D technical drawings and models based on project specifications

• Collaborate with team members and designers to ensure accuracy of designs.

• Revis and update designs as necessary, incorporating feedback and design changes.

• Maintain organized records of CAD files, drawings, and revisions.

• Conduct quality checks to verify drawing integrity and completeness

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software such as Rhino

• Strong knowledge of drafting standards and construction

• Ability to interpret technical drawings / sketches

• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills

Preferred Skills:

·        3+ years experience in shoe industry

·        Knowledge of 2D / 3D modeling

·        Solid understanding of shoemaking process

·        Strong communication and team collaboration skills
