Qualifications :
  • Bachelors degree (S1) in Food Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the food ingredients industry
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer relationship management, and technical product knowledge
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and English (both verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic client relationships and drive sales performance
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Possess a valid Class A drivers license and able to travel as needed
Key Responsibilities :
  • Manage and grow key customer accounts in the food division
  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Technical Support) to deliver customized solutions
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
