About The Company:
The working venue is in South Jakarta.
Our client is a Japanese Real Estate company. Currently, they are looking for Accounting & Administration Staff.
Job Responsibilities:
Check and process Purchase Orders, Payment Vouchers, and Accounts Payable (AP).
Generate Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices
Process and review agreements with vendors and clients.
Monitor and report petty cash flow.
Prepare attendance reports.
Handle procurement of daily office supplies.
Perform other administrative tasks related to daily operations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree graduate.
High conversational English or above.
At least 2 years of experience in an Accounting & Administration role in any industry.
