Accounting / Business Control Staff
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts.
- Perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted financials and investigate discrepancies.
- Provide financial data and analysis to support decision-making across departments.
- Monitor cost control initiatives and identify areas for cost improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Having Degree in Accounting is a plus points
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or business control (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
