Position Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Ads Optimization Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
You will work closely with our marketing, creative, and data teams to deliver efficient, high-performing ad campaigns that support our growth goals.
Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily and ensure optimal delivery within budget.
Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
Analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CAC, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and regular campaign reports.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure assets meet performance and platform standards.
Adjust bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and funnel targeting based on performance data.
Stay up-to-date with digital advertising trends, tools, and platform updates.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising and campaign optimization.
Proven success in managing performance-based campaigns with strong ROI results.
In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, etc.
Experience with tracking pixels, event-based conversions, and attribution models.
Proficient in using Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards for reporting and analysis.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with KPIs and data.
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
