ADS PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST - JAKARTA

Requirements:

·        Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.

·        Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing digital and e-commerce advertising campaigns.

·        Proven track record of increasing sales or GMV through paid online channels.

·        Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and e-commerce ad platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada).

·        Skilled in data analysis and familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketplace dashboards.

·        Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.

·        Certified in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint or E-commerce Ads Strategic is a plus.

·        Experience in beauty (beauty clinic, skincare, health) is a strong advantage.

·        Comfortable working with sales targets and aligning ad strategies to support revenue goals.

·        Strong ability to present performance reports clearly, supported by accurate data and insights.

·        Confident in explaining campaign results and strategic decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities: 

·        Develop and execute advertising strategies to boost GMV through various online channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.).

·        Manage end-to-end digital ad campaigns including setup, daily optimization, and performance analysis.

·        Run and optimize e-commerce advertising campaigns (e.g., Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, Lazada Sponsored Ads) to increase product visibility, drive traffic, and boost online sales.

·        Continuously analyze campaign data to improve CTR, CVR, and overall ROI.

·        Efficiently manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize performance and conversions.

·        Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, placements, and targeting strategies.

·        Prepare campaign performance reports and present actionable insights to the team.

·        Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital and e-commerce advertising.
