Agency Development Executive Denpasar

• Lead, manage, and develop existing agents within Bandung area
• Monitoring & take necessary action to drive sales performance
• Organizing, regular review & visit all agencies on activities & KPIs
• Follow up & Follow through issues between Agencies and Allianz
• Manage administration work & providing regular reports

• Bachelor degree in related management / marketing
• Minimal 2 years experience in insurance industry
• Excellence insurance knowledge
• Excellence in negotiation and communication skill
• Able to operate microsoft office (excel and powerpoint)
• Able to work under pressure and meet the deadline
