Job Title: Accounting Officer

Job Responsibilities:- Perform daily bookkeeping activities, including recording and posting transactions using Microsoft Excel templates. - Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations (cash, receivables, payables, inventory, fixed assets). - Support monthly financial closings, ensuring all journal entries are properly recorded and deadlines are met. - Liaise with other departments to gather supporting documentation and verify the accuracy of financial postings. - Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:- Fresh graduates are welcome! (Diploma/D3 or Bachelors/S1 in Accounting preferred). - Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail. - Ability to handle confidential financial data with integrity. - Organized, deadline-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. - Basic understanding of financial statements (balance sheets, P&L). - Willing to work onsite in Dewi Sri, Legian.
