Area Sales Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible to identify of sales opportunities, market penetration and customer relationship to achieve sales target
Plan & execute sales strategy achieve the target set by the management
Provide strong sales leadership for team to achieve its sales goals and help them solve customers problems by providing outstanding solutions and customer service
Understand overall market- competitors strengths and weakness, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them
Create creative & innovative approach internally and externally to help the smooth process target achievement
Identify the Sales Opportunities to grow up sales
Measure and drive team performance to further increase number of sales
Responsible for regular reports to management
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) from any major
Have at least 5 years of working experience as sales team leader in the field of Medical Equipment / Healthcare industry
Good Negotiation / Decision Making and Problem Solving Skills
Able to lead sales team to deliver results, persuasive, creative and target oriented
Able to conduct a presentation and selling activities
Strong in Communication and Coordination both internally and externally
Has a strong commercial sense, logical thinking skills, strong Initiative and self - motivated
Able to work in fast paced, deadline driven & challenging work environment
