Assistant Manager - Product Development

• To assist Product Development E/SE in any tasks related to product design
• To be able to work on multiple product projects and requests with good quality.
• To prepare any documentations for approval to support the targeted date to deliver, including for OJK approval, internal approval, and regulatory approval
• Work closely with related dept (pricing, marketing, IT, operation, legal & compliance, distribution, training) to ensure the alignment of all of the required documents and timeline.
• Actively support and participate in discussions and negotiations on product design with internal and external parties.
• Able to early identify potential problem in product development project and find solution within his/her authority and to propose options/solutions to higher management for decision if necessary.
• Keeping track and manage a proper documentation for all products developed.
• To provide report of the performance of new products, post implementation review.
