Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Education or related field- At least 5 years of teaching experience in High/Secondary School setting- Proficient in delivering the Cambridge curriculum for Language Arts/Language and Literature subjects for English as First Language- Strong communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
