Responsibilities:

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Managing bank loans, to meet external funding needs.

• Provide and obtain banking facilities to support business unit operation requirement, from cash management, FX, Trade bills, working capital, and term loan.

• Negotiating debt terms and conditions with financial institutions• Participating in funding negotiations with banks and other financial institutions for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate events

• Develop and adding new banking panel to group, to support Business unit short term and long term requirement

• Explore potential business opportunities like M&A, distress asset information that in line with core business activities of groups

• support ad hoc project related to funding and banking relationship,

*manage cash management
