About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Barista to join us in the vibrant city of Surabaya, East Java. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee drinks and providing exceptional customer service in a full-time role.

What youll be doing

• Preparing a wide variety of specialty coffee drinks to the highest standards

• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience

• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies

• Adhering to all health, safety and food hygiene regulations

• Collaborating with the team to improve processes and menu offerings

What were looking for

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industry

• Excellent knowledge of coffee bean origins, roasting profiles and brewing techniques

• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a premium experience

• Proficiency in using and maintaining espresso machines and other coffee equipment

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills

• A positive, friendly and cooperative attitude
