Bartender/s (Biru Bar)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes.

  2. Serve beverages with proper presentation and in accordance with hotel standards.

  3. Recommend drinks based on guest preferences and provide detailed product knowledge.

  4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, tools, and equipment.

  5. Manage beverage inventory, track usage, and support stocktaking processes.

  6. Follow responsible alcohol service practices and avoid overserving.

  7. Handle guest complaints politely and professionally.

  8. Ensure compliance with local laws related to alcohol service.

  9. Coordinate with wait staff and other F&B team members for smooth operations.

  10. Follow safety and sanitation standards consistently in the bar area.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum high school diploma (hospitality education is a plus).

  • At least 1 year of experience as a bartender.

  • Solid knowledge of mixology, cocktails, mocktails, and bartending techniques.

  • Bartending certification is an advantage.

  • Presentable appearance, energetic, communicative, and willing to work in shifts.

  • Able to work under pressure and in a team environment.
