Brand Activation Specialist (Senior Role)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Brand Activation Specialist is responsible for planning and executing impactful brand activation initiatives and offline media placement that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase student enrolment across our franchise network. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with franchisees to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign implementation.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop Brand Activation Strategy - Create annual and campaign-based plans aligned with overall marketing and franchise goals.

  • Target Audience Focus - Design activation initiatives tailored to audience needs and preferences.

  • Market Analysis - Monitor trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.

  • Creative Campaign Development - Conceptualize engaging offline activations that boost brand awareness and generate leads.

  • End-to-End Execution - Oversee all aspects of campaign rollout, from budgeting to logistics and vendor management.

  • Center Toolkit & Guidelines - Provide standardized activation materials and support to ensure consistent brand execution across centers.

  • Center Collaboration - Serve as the main contact for centers on activation efforts and offer guidance on local implementation.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination - Work closely with internal departments (e.g.: Sales, Ops, Finance) to align activation efforts.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting - Measure activation impact using KPIs and report findings with actionable insights.

  • Budget & Innovation Management - Manage budgets efficiently while continuously improving strategies through trends and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in brand activation position.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Experience with event sponsorships, experiential marketing, and partnerships with new media platforms like podcasts and influencers.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for exploring new and innovative media opportunities
