Business Analyst Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions

• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies

• Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning

• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities

• Analyzing user feedback data to determine satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Management, Finance, Marketing, or related to Capital Market

• Experienced in Capital Market or held WPPE License

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent documentation skills

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills

• Detail-oriented and positive attitude
