Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and approve internal marketing program plans.

  • Analyze and monitor monthly reports on marketing program progress.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with principals/vendors.

  • Analyze market needs to identify potential additions to the product portfolio.

  • Conduct benchmarking against competitors to maintain competitiveness.

  • Develop product development programs for imported goods in collaboration with the sales division.

  • Provide direction to the Order Management Executive regarding order and delivery communication with principals.

  • Guide the Key Product Executive in marketing strategy and program implementation.

  • Evaluate and compile reports on marketing budget utilization and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant business development or sales role.

  • Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of industry and market trends.

  • Excellent communication skills, including effective presentation abilities.

  • Ability to work both strategically and tactically, with a proactive approach.

  • Expertise in developing and managing customer relationships.

  • Familiarity with relevant business development tools and technologies.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
