Job Description :
1. Market Research and Analysis:
Monitoring Market Development:Tracking trends, consumer needs, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities and challenges.
Conducting Market Research:Identifying the right target market, understanding consumer behavior, and identifying unmet needs.
Analyzing Competitors:Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of competitors to determine the right strategy.
2. Business Strategy Development:
Developing Business Development Plans:Creating short, medium, and long-term plans to achieve the companys goals.
Developing Marketing Strategies:Designing strategies to reach the target market and increase sales.
Maintain & Grow Current Accounts:Managing an ongoing business (Product Existing)
3. Building Partnerships and Relationships:
Building Client Relationships:Maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients and seeking out potential new clients.
Establishing Strategic Partnerships:Seeking and forming partnerships with other companies to expand reach and increase competitiveness.
Networking:Building a professional network with individuals in relevant industries.
4. Negotiation and Sales:
Negotiating:Negotiating prices, contracts, and business terms with clients or potential partners.
Coordinating with the Sales Team:Collaborating with the sales team to enhance the business development process.
5. Performance Analysis and Evaluation:
Analyzing Business Performance:Monitoring and analyzing business performance to identify areas that need improvement.
Measuring Strategy Success:Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented business strategies and making adjustments as needed.
6. Building Trust and Maintaining Relationships with Potential and Existing Clients
Maintain Business Reputation: A good reputation will help you retain existing clients and attract new ones. Focus on quality, integrity, and excellent service.
7. Creating Reports:
Prepare Reports: Create work reports for the Head/Supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
Preferred candidates with experience in the Beauty/FMCG/Fashion industry.
In-depth understanding of markets, industries, and customers.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent negotiation skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with various departments.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and market analysis software.
