Business Intelligence Analyst Manager

Lead Business Intelligence Analyst and RDP team to transform data into actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decisions

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts and RDP
• Assign tasks, track progress, and provide guidance to ensure the team meets project deadlines and quality standards
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge-sharing within the BI team
• Work with Directors, Division and Unit Heads, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs
• Ensure BI projects are aligned with strategic priorities and deliver maximum business value
• Ensure data analysis and reports are accurate, timely, and tailored to the needs of various stakeholders
• Translate complex data into understandable, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Direct the analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Supervise the creation of reports for regulator and ad hoc data/report requests
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, translating business needs into BI requirements
• Work closely with BIE team to optimize data pipelines and support self-service BI initiatives
• Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with internal BI and CofE team
• Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with other divisions
• Risk/Findings audit to be fulfilled
• Ensure staff are informed and trained to support good corporate governance in their specific areas of work

• Proven experience in Data Analyst, Data Operation, Business Intelligence or similar position at least 5 years experience.
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Information System/Data Science/Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistic
• Certified Data Visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc)
